When you contact us one of our friendly and experienced team can advise whether the damage to your drainage system is likely to be insurable.

It may be that you do not know the nature or extent of the damage. In this scenario we can arrange a free CCTV drain survey using one of our qualified and accredited contractors.

Once we know the exact extent of the damage, we will notify you and provide a full report and estimate for the required repairs, and then notify your insurance company.

Your insurers will often choose to appoint a specialist to represent them. This may take the form of an insurance loss adjuster or a drainage validation company.

Drain Check Ltd are experienced in providing you with representation on your behalf. We will liase directly with your insurers or their representative, and can organise to meet them at your property if required.

We will continue to negotiate on your behalf, and if the claim is agreed we will arrange the repairs by utilising an approved, accredited contractor.

Should your insurers obtain a lower price for repairs by an alternative contractor we will absorb the difference so that you only ever have to pay your policy excess and not a penny more.
